Since 2002 Semuehitus Ltd.holds the ISO 9001:2008 quality management certificate. This quality system applies to general construction contracting a project management. Semuehitus Ltd.was also issued the ISO 14001:2004 environment management certificate at the beginning of 2010.

• In 1996 the complete asset of Võru laundry was purchased at a public auction. An old wash house  was transformed into the first modern construction-supply store Paju Ehituskaup in Võru (current Decora).
• In 1999  Semuehitus Ltd.bought an unfinished sports hall.
• In 2000 Semuehitus Ltd. privatized a land unit in Kooli street.
• In 2000 Semuehitus Ltd. eliminated the oil tanks of former Võru Gas Analyser Plant and fixed up the plant´s territory.
• In 2001 the detail plan of Koreli stream territory was started, from Räpina road to Vabaduse street bridge (a total of 5.6 hectares). The overgrown area became the modern urban environment in Võru.
• In 2002 „Semukaubamaja” was built in the centre of the town. In 2003 it clinched the title of the Most Beautiful Home in Estonia (the award was given by Juhan Parts, the Minister of Economic Affairs).
• In 2005 Semuehitus Ltd bought the former Võru Technical School in Koidula street to build there the exclusive residential complex. The apartment building was completed in 2007. This complex gave a new and fresh look to the district of Võru old town. The development of Koidula street was recognized by Võru city government.
• In April 2006 Semukaubamaja was sold. In May Paju Ehituskaup was sold to the company called Decora.
• In 2007 the most modern store Rautakesko was built. It sells building materials and hardware products. For the construction of this building Soo area was cleaned up from underwood.
• Besides, a new street section in Kreutzwaldi and Jüri street was established. This section facilitates  the movement between various large stores.
• In 2007 the second modern commercial building, Piiri Ärimaja was established next to Taluturg (the Farm Market) where the gross floor area is approximately 1060m2.
• In 2007 preparatory works of Kagukeskus construction in Kooli street were started.
• In August 2008 Rautakesko was sold.
• In 2008 the south-east Estonian biggest shopping centre „Kagukeskus” was opened. It is located near the gymnasium, sports hall, trade and service centre. „Kagukeskus” activated the Kooli street area and made this area more attractive.
• In 2010  Semuehitus Ltd.joined the European Union´s European Social Fund program „Increasing the supply of skilled labor”. This program gives many long-term unemployed people the opportunity to return to work.

• In 2008 the newspaper Äripäev picked Semuehitus Ltd out  as the best company among Võrumaa enterprises.
• In 2008 Koidula 26 apartment building was recognized as The Most Beautiful Home in Võru.
• In 2003 Semukaubamaja was recognized as The Most Beautiful Home of Estonia.
• In 2001 Semuehitus Ltd was recognized as the most successful company among Võrumaa enterprises.
