Our main areas of operation are general contracting and project management for building construction. Additionally, we offer design, general construction, building renovation and reconstruction, as well as the renovation of heritage conservation sites, and engage in real estate development.

Since 2002 Semuehitus Ltd. holds the ISO 9001:2008 quality management certificate. This quality system applies to general construction contracting a project management. Semuehitus Ltd.was also issued the ISO 14001:2004 environment management certificate at the beginning of 2010.
