An old wash house\u00a0\u00a0was transformed into the first modern construction-supply store Paju Ehituskaup in V\u00f5ru (current Decora).<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\"><\/i>In 1999\u00a0\u00a0Semuehitus Ltd.bought an unfinished sports hall.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\"><\/i>In 2000 Semuehitus Ltd. privatized a land unit in Kooli street.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\"><\/i>In 2000 Semuehitus Ltd. eliminated the oil tanks of former V\u00f5ru Gas Analyser Plant and fixed up the plant\u00b4s territory.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\"><\/i>In 2001 the detail plan of Koreli stream territory was started, from R\u00e4pina road to Vabaduse street bridge (a total of 5.6 hectares). The overgrown area became the modern urban environment in V\u00f5ru.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\"><\/i>In 2002 \u201eSemukaubamaja\u201d was built in the centre of the town. In 2003 it clinched the title of the Most Beautiful Home in Estonia (the award was given by Juhan Parts, the Minister of Economic Affairs).<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\"><\/i>In 2005 Semuehitus Ltd bought the former V\u00f5ru Technical School in Koidula street to build there the exclusive residential complex. The apartment building was completed in 2007. This complex gave a new and fresh look to the district of V\u00f5ru old town. The development of Koidula street was recognized by V\u00f5ru city government.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\"><\/i>In April 2006 Semukaubamaja was sold. In May Paju Ehituskaup was sold to the company called Decora.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\"><\/i>In 2007 the most modern store Rautakesko was built. It sells building materials and hardware products. For the construction of this building Soo area was cleaned up from underwood.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\"><\/i>Besides, a new street section in Kreutzwaldi and J\u00fcri street was established. This section facilitates\u00a0\u00a0the movement between various large stores.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\"><\/i>In 2007 the second modern commercial building, Piiri \u00c4rimaja was established next to Taluturg (the Farm\u00a0Market) where the gross floor area is approximately 1060m2.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\"><\/i>In 2007 preparatory works of Kagukeskus construction in Kooli street were started.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\"><\/i>In August 2008 Rautakesko was sold.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\"><\/i>In 2008 the south-east Estonian biggest shopping centre \u201eKagukeskus\u201d was opened. It is located near the gymnasium, sports hall, trade and service centre. \u201eKagukeskus\u201d activated the Kooli street area and made this area more attractive.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\"><\/i>In 2010\u00a0\u00a0Semuehitus Ltd.joined the European Union\u00b4s European Social Fund program \u201eIncreasing the supply of skilled labor\u201d.
